TRADEMARK registration for start-ups (cycle-January 2022)

• All Start-ups, Entrepreneurs, Small Business with Working Capital not exceeding Rs. 500,000/- are eligible to apply.
• Your business operations must not exceed more than 6 months.
•  You must have at least some infrastructure up and running (NTN, Website, Social Media Presence).
• All registered or unregistered persons are eligible to apply, however, Dominus Law Firm may give preference to registered persons.
• Dominus Law Firm shall not charge any Consultancy Fee from Applicants however, Applicants shall be required to pay Departmental Charges as and when required by the Trademark Registry of the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan.
• All potential Applicants shall be required to get a Search Conducted in the relevant Classification. The Departmental Charges for a Search Report per Classification is Rs. 1,000/-. • The Average Process Time to register a Trademark can be found on the IPO's website https://ipo.gov.pk/trademark_average_time
• To Apply - send an Email to dominuslawfirm@gmail.com and include an introduction of your business and nature of work, share websites or social media links and attach a jpg/png of your logo that you desire to get Trademarked.
• Dominus Law Firm shall reach out to Applicants. Please refrain from sending reminders as all Applications shall be replied.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS IS 31st JANUARY, 2022.

Dominus Law Firm shall select 2 (Two) Applications after evaluation of Search Report in the January Cycle, however it may reach out to Applicants on a later date to provide services.
